Welcome to Impact Outpost LLC (“Impact Outpost,” “IO”). By accessing or using our website located at https://impactoutpost.com (the “Site”), purchasing products or services, or interacting with our content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this Site.
1. Eligibility & Legal Compliance
You must be legally eligible to purchase and possess any product you order under federal, Iowa state, and local laws.
Certain products require you to be 21 years of age. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and lawful.
2. Products & Services
Impact Outpost sells:
Firearms (shipped to FFL only)
Firearm accessories & parts
Apparel and branded merchandise
Software and digital services (including ArmoryOps)
Availability, pricing, and specs may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for compliance or risk reasons.
3. Firearms Sales & FFL Transfers
All firearm purchases must be shipped to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
You agree that:
You are responsible for selecting a valid FFL
Your FFL agrees to accept your transfer
Background checks and transfer paperwork are completed at pickup
Firearm orders may be canceled if FFL verification fails
Firearms are not shipped to residential addresses.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Violate any law
Attempt to bypass FFL or background check requirements
Use the Site for criminal activity
Abuse or attack IO systems or staff
Violations may result in permanent account termination.
5. Orders, Payment & Pricing
All prices are in USD.
Taxes, shipping, hazmat fees, and FFL transfer fees are your responsibility.
Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. IO does not store full card numbers.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Returns are governed by our Returns Policy:

Firearm sales are subject to manufacturer warranty and FFL acceptance.
7. Intellectual Property
All branding, software, and content are owned by Impact Outpost LLC and may not be reused without written permission.
8. Disclaimer
Firearms and accessories involve inherent risk. You assume responsibility for lawful and safe use and storage.
9. Limitation of Liability
IO’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Venue shall be in Iowa courts.
